Build and they will come?

The answer to the mystery building question. Would you believe that these massive buildings with tiny windows are all around the town of Pak Phanang so that birds (swallows?) will build their nests inside them with their saliva. These 'saliva' nests are then sold in liquid form and other ways as a health product that will give you strength. They sell for hundreds of dollars. Only in Asia!
This is a church being built in Pak Phanang with money donated from a Korean church. They have no one yet to come to the church apart from the Thai pastor of the Presbyterian Church who is coming down from Nakhorn Sri Thammarat to live in Pak Phanang. The philosophy is 'build and they will come'. I'm not sure that is the wisest way forward ...
